Consent to receive contract documentation electronically
This consent applies to electronic delivery of:
- notices, statutory disclosures (including the Information Statement and Credit Guide), statements of account, copies of any contract you enter into with us or a credit provider, and any other documents made available in your customer login area or transmitted electronically;
- email notification when information is posted to the login portal, specifying which documents are available; and
- any further communications from us in connection with our services.
